Believe it or not, we carry stress, pain, trauma, memories and patterns from our family, our job, our personal relationships and more in the cells of our bodies. These experiences directly impact how we feel about ourselves and show up in life.

I combine mindful movement (yes dancing) and RESET Breathwork to support you in releasing all of the stored gunk that you have been holding on to so that you can create safety in your nervous system, which guides 95% of your potential.

Through doing this, you will create peace, clarity, freedom and unshakeable self-trust.

Hi, I’m Vanessa!

I am a licensed therapist with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I often work with people recovering from addiction, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, codependency and work burnout.

I believe that in addition to building a healthy mindset, creating safety within the body, more specifically the nervous system is essential. In addition to offering traditional talk therapy, I am also a trained Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator and RESET Breathwork Facilitator. I can guide you in powerful mind-body exercises to support you in processing your full range of human emotions and healing.

I use a trauma-informed approach to support you in addressing life’s challenges and taking consistent steps to move through them so that you can break through old paradigms and live a life filled with passion and purpose.

I am a strong believer in using consistent coping skills to create a strong foundation for self-trust and healing.
